The Power of Giving Away Power: A panel discussion on leadership featuring top Obama Campaign Strategist and Former Ambassador

Matthew Barzun, a former top Obama Campaign Strategist and former Ambassador, is coming to Christ Church Cranbrook to present his book “The Power of Giving Away Power.” Barzun will join a panel with Howard University professor Rev. Harold Dean Trulear, Ph.D., and Rev. Dr. William (Bill) Danaher of Christ Church Cranbrook, to respond to Barzun’s insights on leadership.

Following the discussion, “The Power of Giving Away Power” will be available for purchase and to be signed by the author, Matthew Barzun.

The Institute for Advanced Pastoral Studies (IAPS) is run in partnership by Hartford Memorial Baptist Church in Detroit and Christ Church Cranbrook in Bloomfield Hills. IAPS’s goal is to build a network of intentionally ecumenical and deliberately diverse Christian leaders and provide continuing education to faith leaders in Metro Detroit and now Atlanta as well.
