Education for Ministry (EfM) is a 9-month course developed by an Episcopal Seminary to offer lay members a near seminary-level education in scripture and theology. It is ideal for anyone who really wants to get to know the bible but also for anyone wanting to see the scriptures come to life in their everyday life through the practice of theological reflection. The course is a small group, seminar format that meets weekly in 2-hour sessions and follows the academic year (Fall to Spring with breaks over Christmas and holidays). The cost is $325.
