On Trinity Sunday, Joe Balistreri caps off his year as musician-in-residence with a recital of organ works reflecting the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity. Between playing works of Bach, Duruflé, Demessieux, and Messiaen, Joe will share how this music explores the depths of the mystery of the Trinity. The recital will take place on Christ Church Cranbrook’s Skinner/Mander organ in the main church, drawing on its complex and rich voice to point toward the unspeakable divine.
