In the Christian year, Pentecost celebrates when the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples after Jesus ascended to heaven. At Christ Church Cranbrook, we celebrate this in a few ways:

• We share a potluck celebrating the many cultures and heritages that call our church home – please feel welcome to bring a cultural dish to share for a special coffee hour after the 10 AM Service!
• Some people chose to wear red (the color of Pentecost)
• Finally, a bible reading is read in many languages. If you know a language other than English and would like to be a part of this reading, please email Father Chris Harris at charris@christchurchcranbrook.org
