Come and support our young people as they sing a beautiful, music-filled service of Choral Evensong! This marks not only an important moment in their growth, but it is part of their preparation to sing with the Choir of Westminster Abbey in concert here on Tuesday night, April 28. Evensong marks the close of the day with the ancient practice of singing Psalms and Canticles. The service ends with a sublime choir anthem of Psalm 42:1-3 by Herbert Howells entitled “Like as the hart desireth the waterbrooks.”
