A special service that provides you with a profound space to remember those who have died and be assured of the love of God, transcending death. The choir presents the a cappella Requiem by 20th-century composer Herbert Howells, a deeply personal piece that helped him through his own grief at the loss of his son. Be assured, you will leave with a hope that is greater than the world can provide. The service also includes a reading of the names of those who have died and an opportunity to light a candle in memory of a loved one at a sculptural candle holder newly commissioned for the service. The words and candle lighting will care for you. The feast of bread and wine will nurture you. The specially chosen music will surround you with power and hope.
