A simple worship service in the beautiful and dramatic St. Dunstan’s Chapel with Scripture readings, hymns and the Eucharist. Joe LaVela, a candidate for Holy Ordination, will give the homily. This service is in the church will also be broadcast online here!
Joe LaVela is a Postulant for Holy Orders (Priesthood) in the Diocese of Michigan, currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree at Bexley-Seabury Seminary. He has been a licensed Lay Preacher since 2013, and a member of Christ Church Cranbrook since 2019. He and his wife Betsy live in West Bloomfield and have two adult children.
