About the Speaker: Hunter Torres is a seasoned business communication consultant, coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations build stronger connections through more effective communication. As the founder of High Gain Solutions Group, Hunter has worked with C-suite executives and teams at multinational corporations, nonprofits, and distinguished universities, specializing in strategic communication, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement, helping people navigate complex conversations and foster more authentic connections. Beyond her communication work, Hunter has deep roots in community development finance, having led a team that successfully raised $480 million in New Markets Tax Credits to fund jobs, healthcare, education, and healthy food access in low-income communities across the United States. Hunter has been a devoted member of Christ Church Cranbrook for 12 years. She enjoys serving as a lector and small-group facilitator, and currently co-chairs the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan’s Commission on Ministry.
