My husband Doug and I have been members of Christ Church for 8 years. We are a blended family of 5 and have 3 grandchildren and are joyful for 7 grand-embryos. Professionally, I am chair of palliative medicine and ethics, and associate chair of family medicine. I have participated in community volunteering with adult literacy, and I have been a guardian ad litem for abused and dependent children. I have been a member of the Mission and Outreach committee for 7 years. I have served in some capacity or other with many of our community partners including Lighthouse, Baldwin Center, Bound Together, Thriving Families, Oakland Sheriffs, Micah Six and Sanctum House. I have been a facilitator for many of the churches' educational offerings.
