Jennifer is a suburban Detroit native, growing up on the east side in Warren. She attended Wayne State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a major in accounting. Jennifer spent the early part of her career at Plante & Moran, obtaining her CPA and enjoying her portfolio of non-profit clients. While raising her family, she spent 18 years working in Finance for a marketing services company close to her home in Farmington. And most recently, Jennifer served as Associate Director, Finance for Jewish Federation of Detroit. Jennifer is very excited to continue her career in non-profit accounting at Christ Church Cranbrook. Jennifer is married to Chris, and they have 2 children, Ben and Sarah, who kept them busy with travel sports for many years. Their house is now “divided” with the kids attending the University of Michigan and Michigan State. Jennifer loves attending football games at both universities and hosting tailgates, especially the big tailgate for the Michigan/Michigan State game. Jennifer and her family also enjoy the Detroit Lions and Tigers, outdoor adventures, such as paddleboarding, hiking, skiing and pickleball, and family vacations to their cottage on Bois Blanc Island and National Parks. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys yoga, lap swimming, theatre, reading and taking walks with friends.
