Hope Warming Shelter Update

Early this year, we asked you to help us get new windows for Hope Warming Shelter in Pontiac. The window insulation was infested with bedbugs and the windows were terribly drafty.  You responded with joy and helped us give $22,000 to Hope to do this vital upgrade.

From Brian Wright at the Hope Warming Shelter:
“The shelter is brighter and more private than ever before. The drafts from the old windows have been eliminated. Absolutely amazed at the response from guests.  The guests proudly talk with excitement about the new windows.  Feels good to see the upgrades; but the change in lighting makes everyone feel better at night, too.  There is a better glow in the room after lights out. This was an important upgrade that is appreciated by all. I hope you all know how much we deeply appreciate Christ Church Cranbrook and this generous gift.”
