Line dancing is a low-intensity workout that offers several health benefits such as improving balance and coordination, managing body weight, and lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Line dancing is as popular as ever and a lot of fun! So Mollie Proctor has arranged for a professional dance instructor to teach us the steps of some of the most popular line dances. It’s great exercise and a fun way to meet people. She’ll have snacks, wine, and soft drinks — and both singles and couples are welcome!
