Remember the timeless tale of Cinderella, who didn’t have a gown to wear to the royal ball? Just like her, there are kids in Pontiac who need our help to make their Halloween dreams come true. This September, we invite you to dig into your closets and costume bins to find those gently used costumes that haven’t seen the spotlight in years! Wash them and bring them for us to match them to a child at the Lighthouse Family Shelter in Pontiac. Or, shop at www.ccc-info.org/iotm for brand-new costumes for kids. Let’s help create magical opportunities for children nearby to participate in school Halloween activities, Trunk-or-treat community events, and neighborhood Trick-or-Treating.
